Evaluates the synthesized theory against four criteria grounded in IS theory-building methodology: 1. Novelty — Does the theory offer genuinely new insight? (Koestler) 2. Explanatory Coherence — Is the theory internally consistent? (Thagard) 3. Falsifiability — Are predictions specific and testable? (Popper) 4. Boundary Clarity — Are scope conditions well-defined? (Whetten) Produces a pass/fail decision, per-persona feedback for the next round, and improvement suggestions.
