Computation status

Anyone with Docker can help: from data release v0.1 on, pick a job below, compute one of its work units with a single command, or recompute a finished unit to verify it (how to contribute).

Updated 2026-11-03 13:19; running jobs checked 2026-11-03 13:19. The page is a snapshot of the latest site build. A unit counts as verified once two independent runs agree.

JobProgressVerified units
Daily transfer options between 30 bodies, 2026–2100, every number of revolutions, flights up to 100 years
one unit = every route from one body: 29 routes, 27,089 days each
4 of 30 units running0Run or verify
Every asteroid and comet of the JPL Small-Body Database against Earth, Mars and Ceres, both directions, every day to 2100
one unit = 2,000 objects; two-body orbits, for ranking
0 of 791 units paused until the transfer data run finishes0Run or verify
Flyby search: returns to Earth and Mars from Ceres, Vesta, Psyche and Jupiter
97 of 288 units running0Run or verify
Flyby search: from Earth to the planets, the belt and the near-Earth asteroids

Flyby search: from Mars to the planets and the belt

Flyby search: from Saturn to Earth and Mars
0 of 72 units queued0Run or verify
Flyby search: every other pair of the 30 bodies (841 pairs)
one unit = one pair and one two-year window
0 of 30,276 units open for contributors0Run or verify
Earth–Mars cyclers, 2027–2097
one unit: the whole scan
0 of 1 unit queued0Run or verify
Low-thrust atlas: an electric ship on every site pair and two-year window
one unit: the whole atlas
0 of 1 unit queued0Run or verify

Inputs: daily JPL Horizons states for 21 small bodies to 2205 and the planets from 2140 to 2205, and the JPL Small-Body Database catalogue; every data release archives the exact files. Finished datasets go to Zenodo and Hugging Face with every release, with checksums.
