Tell the maintainers where a block broke

A failure report names the block, the material it failed on and what went wrong. The maintainer sees it in the block's history, and evaluators can turn it into a test. Reporting a failure earns credit in the block's change history.

What happens next

  1. Report added to the block's history
    Visible on the block's page with your name.
  2. Maintainer responds
    Confirms, asks for material, or explains the scope.
  3. An evaluator may test it
    A confirmed failure can become a stress or benchmark test.
  4. A new version addresses it
    The version history credits the report.
